of furnishings. BACTERKILL is a multi-component suspension, containing Belzalkonium chloride, Titanium dioxide and Silver acetate. Benzalkonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound, chemically defined as monoalkyl-dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium chloride.

Benzalkonium chloride possesses an effective disinfectant effect; it is, moreover, a very stable compound, active in both acid and alkaline environments (Petrocci A.N. Disinfection and Sterilization, 1986, Vol. 2, 433; Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients, London the Pharmaceutical Press, 1994, 27-29).

ANTI-FIRE PTM used as an impregnating agent for both solid and plywood beams and structures makes the lumber virtually fireproof.
Since it is compact lumber, it carbonizes without flame as long as it is subjected to direct flame and self-extinguishes the very moment the flame recedes.

Water-repellent protective agent for glass and ceramics, with VOC of 0 formulated for long-lasting protection with strong hydrophobic qualities.

LIFE GUARD Water Repellent is based on nanotechnology and consists of organo-modified silica in aqueous dispersion and organo-modified alkyl alkoxy silanes in high concentration.

Water-repellent protective agent for glass and ceramics, invisible, characterized by high penetration into the pores of treated substrates, stable in contact with acidic and alkaline aqueous solutions effective against the deposition of limestone and dirt.

High HydroRepellent capacity (Drop effect - super-hydrophobic)

The Surface assumes nano-level corrugations that as water passes through it modify the surface of the water itself causing it to "roll" and "detach as a suction cup" the deposited dirt, this effect due to the nanostructure in combination of organic parts SuperIdrophobic silane water repellent gives the treated surfaces easy to clean characteristics . 


EcoNanoGreen Project

The product is the result of research and studies conducted by NanoTech Surface - an innovative brand of A.T. Marble Service srl, in the environmental and ecological field over the past few years. These studies have led to the formulation of a product that has given excellent results in the field of industrial and civil cleaning and environmental recovery. It is a new liquid technology of plant origin that facilitates the biodegradation of pollutants, acting first on the breaking of molecular chains from more complex molecules into simpler ones, then as a catalyst for microbial/bacterial activity and finally thanks to its special eco-activator, accelerating the biodegradation process.

The product acts on the long hydrocarbon chains, resulting in a
fragmentation so minute that the oil is reduced to small molecules of carbon and hydrogen, which are then the essential components from which life arose . That is, it disintegrates and solubilizes oil and its derivatives in water. Particles are left behind that are so small that in immense quantities of water, such as the ocean, they dissipate without a trace.

Technology in road construction has evolved considerably in recent years. Referring to road paving, it can be said that today it fulfills a complex of performances that go far beyond the classical function of ensuring grip. In fact, several purposes are to be pursued, which can be summarized as traffic safety in any situation, reduction of environmental pollution, and energy saving.

The article discusses some of these applications, which, as noted above, are constantly evolving. Reference is made only to the surface layers considering, however, that the deep foundation and sub-
foundation layers have also undergone significant technological innovations.

Photocatalytic paints

ECO VERNICEM IMP, as already mentioned, consists of white cement, selected and controlled calcareous aggregates, hydrated lime, organic additives such as to give it excellent flowability, brushability and impermeability, and a mixture of micro-nano particle metal oxides (Tor-A , Tor-B , TiO2 - Anatase) that make the paint highly ionizing and photocatalytic. The cement base gives it high adhesiveness on all types of plaster, concrete and cement-compatible substrates without substantially changing their breathability. Some organic additives give it ease of application, while Tor-A ,Tor-B, TiO2-Anatase activators provide air ionization and the Photocatalytic effect that laps its surface making the surrounding environment more livable by purifying the air and decontaminating the surface itself.

The ionizing effect is obtained equally outdoors and indoors regardless of the presence of light and is stimulated and enhanced by ambient magnetic fields.

It is now well known that with the help of new scientific findings, such as TiO2, it is possible to impart to building materials, photocatalytic characteristics that are effective in combating smog.

In fact, it has been proven by countless studies that photocatalysis is the natural phenomenon whereby a substance (called a catalyst) through the irradiation of light, changes the velo- city of a chemical reaction. P F 4 eliminates water penetration into treated surfaces, without changing the porosity by eliminating the formation of salt efflorescence, without usually changing the color appearance of treated surfaces.
